COVID-19 REGULATIONS

Each situation we come in contact with, we look to transform it into an opportunity to learn and grow, no matter the challenge we are facing but making the best of each moment of our lives!

We will provided further upgrades according to the regulations that will be implemented

in the location of the project. ​

In order to implement the training course, we must follow the regional and national safety measures that apply to group events: 

 

Physical Distance: 

 

- People must keep a distance of at least 1 meter between each other, follow the walking direction within the buildings or rooms, with particular attention to the entrance and exit areas. 

In this regard, there will be some informative signs (e.g. stickers attached to the floor, route marking tapes, etc.). 

- Physical direct touch must be avoided ​ 

 

Masks: 

 

- People must always wear a mask in closed common areas. When people are outdoor the mask must be worn only when the distance of at least 1 metre cannot be kept. 

- People must always keep a mask in their pocket, so in case of impossibility to keep the 1-meter physical distance, they can wear it. 

 

Body temperature: 

 

- The body temperature must be measured by the organizers when participants will meet in Torino Porta Susa train station, before taking the common bus to Bergolo. People with a temperature above 37.5°C or showing respiratory symptoms (coughing, sneezing, etc.) will not be admitted on the bus and will be supported by the organizers in checking their health condition before joining the exchange. 

- The temperature must be measured by the organizers twice per day during the exchange.

 

Access to common areas/services: 

 

- A disinfectant gel dispenser must be provided at the entrance to each toilet 

- Cleaning and disinfection need to be carried out at least twice a day. After breakfast and after lunch each participant needs to clean its toilet. 

- A group cleaning rotation system that involves the participants will be applied for the common areas. 

 

Sleeping areas: 

 

- A disinfectant gel dispenser must be provided at the entrance of each room. 

- Bed linen and pillowcase cover provided to guests must have a certification of hygiene issued by the competent local entity. 

- Inside the bedrooms, guests must respect the 1-meter interpersonal distance and 1,5-meter distance between beds. 

- It is forbidden to move around the sleeping areas with your shoes: guests must wear their own slippers.
